Uncommon people earn for good living, But I see people live just to earn, Ordinary people work for money, But uncommon people make money work, Common people are like employees, They lost jobs if employer backs out, Uncommon people are Employers, They provide everything- happiness, time to their close ones & respect to everyone. Thus they earn gr8- respect, money, power, etc BE UNCOMMON- Be Extraordinary 

We never know why we like someone more than others; why we love someone without reasons; why we feel happy in their presence; because. Some relations have no explanations.

Similarly, if you expect he respect from other, first you must Learn to Give Respect.....
